The TGIA Training Conference offers the most current and comprehensive information on street and prison gangs. Seminar instructors are considered experts in their respective fields. The conference is designed to meet the needs of both new and experienced persons dealing with street gangs and gang activities.
Seminar Participants:
Attendance at the TGIA Training Conference is limited to TGIA members, judges and criminal justice professionals, including sworn law enforcement officers, correctional officers, probation officers, criminal analysts and prosecuting attorneys. 13th Annual East Coast Gang Investigators Association Training Conference

The East Coast Gang Investigator’s Association and its co~host, MAGLOCLEN, will host the 13th Annual East Coast Gang Investigator’s Association Information Sharing Conference at the Atlantic Sands Hotel and Conference Center, 101 North Boardwalk, Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.
The agenda for this information sharing conference will include material from federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies focusing on a wide range of domestic and international gangs and all aspects of their associated activities. Various gangs will be examined with regard to their propensity for violence, involvement in the narcotics trade and use of firearms. All topics are tentatively scheduled and a finalized agenda will be made available in the upcoming months.
On Tuesday morning, September 11th, from 8:30 a.m-11:30 a.m., there will be an optional class which is yet to be determined. Please check the box on the registration form if you are interested in attending this class.
Monday, September 10th, will be a travel day with registration being held from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. An additional registration will be held on Tuesday, September 11th from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. The conference will commence at 1:00 pm, on Tuesday, September 11th and end on Friday, September 14th at approximately 2:00 pm. THE CONFERENCE IS RESTRICTED TO CRIMINAL JUSTICE PERSONNEL ONLY. Please be sure to have your criminal justice identification at the time of registration. There is a $125 registration fee, which includes continental breakfast Wednesday, Thursday & Friday, two luncheons, breaks and conference related materials. A late registration fee of $25.00 ($150.00 Registration Cost) will be assessed after August 13, 2012. Make checks payable to ECGIA. Federal Tax ID# 52-2098813. Vouchers are accepted. CREDIT CARDS CAN BE USED TO PAY THE REGISTRATION FEE DURING THE FOLLOWING DATES ONLY – SEPTEMBER 10-12, 2012. DO NOT SEND CREDIT CARD INFORMATION WITH THIS REGISTRATION FORM. An optional fee of $50 will be collected at registration for those attendees wanting to participate in the information sharing/hospitality on September 11th. 12th and September 13th.
