 Information: Officer Espinoza and his partner investigated a suspicious person. The two officers in plain clothes observed the man acting in a suspicious manner and approached him in their vehicle. When they called out to the man he turned around and opened fire with an AK-47 and fled. Officer Espinoza was struck multiple times and was killed. The suspect was identified as a 21 year old member, was arrested and convicted of second degree murder.
